Knitting

I’ve decided to become more crafty. My after school program has a knitting club. I have knitted and crocheted before but never finished a project. I relearned how to knit with the kids and made my first hat! It is super weird looking but is still strangely appealing. Not bad for a first project! It was fun, painless, and relaxing.

In my quest to become better at knitting, I have vowed to make some buddies hats. So I am now on my second project…and dare I say…it is turing out beautifully? I just hope it fits his damn head. The next hat I’m gonna make is going to be a bit more difficult.

I tried to make a scarf but that was taking too long. I couldn’t deal. Maybe when I get a little more stamina. I might make a snood next.

It is all very exciting. Photos to come once it is finished.
